March 2023
High Level Summary
A Cardano based Staking option and tons of devlopment activity
In the final month of Q1 on 3rd March 2023, we launched our first Cardano-based Staking option with our long term partners VyFinance. This offers staking now on Cardano and also on Binance with TokensFarm which we launched our 5th pool last month.
This month Matt created a more detailed update in the form of a graphical pdf. It really is something you need to see - a piece of art in itself - I've never seen any project produce an update like this before - have you?
This month, among our usual dev work, Metaverse Game planning continues. Notably the planning for the MVP of Solace. Lots of work has been done already in prototyping, tree chopping (we talk about this in Episode 48 of COPICafe), and fishing. These may sound like basic actions but we are creating something unique and fun and as these will play a major part in the gathering of raw materials, it makes sense we spend time creating something that is pleasurable and not seem like grinding.
Our new animator has really hit his stride and continues to impress as does the rest of the time, who are heads down building, building, building..
At the start of March 2023, the COPI StakePool had been slightly reduced to 35m ₳ as the crypto market continues to struggle against the backdrop of inflation and uncertainty. We've been here many times and veterans are well aware of market cycles and what to expect soon. The number of delegates continues to remain high at just under 5,000 Cardano addresses.
We are always very grateful to everyone who supports us by delegating to the Cornucopias Cardano StakePool ticker: COPI
It seems despite the bear market, you can't get enough of our weekly YouTube episodes of COPICafe hosted by Josh and Rob. Episodes 44, 45, 46 and 47 kept breaking the record for the most views in the first 24 hours. To make finding information and what guests we have had on a little easier, all the COPICafe episodes in the COPIWiki were given a brief summary underneath them.
